Intrinsic Support Services
Intrinsic provides a fully managed support desk for you to utilise as an extension of your own IT department. Our dedicated in-house team of support technicians are available over the phone to assist you with any queries relating to the ongoing operation of your network. Using secure Remote Access, our team will connect to your environment and assist you in fixing issues you report to us.
We can also perform regular health checks on your network and devices to ensure everything is working correctly and report back to you if we find anything that needs looking at before it becomes an issue.
How do we do it?
- Our Support contracts, starting from as little as £1,000 per year, are designed to be simple for you to understand and budget for. For your annual premium, which we agree with you in advance based around your requirements, you are entitled to
unlimited telephone calls
- with our team on any technology area that we support for you, and
scheduled quarterly reviews
- . As a small optional extra, we can also
- your criticial devices and servers, and automatically alert you should any of these go off-line.
When you place a call with us, we'll ask you to tell us how serious you regard the issue ranging from Sevirity 1 (Network down) through to Severity 4 (some information is required). By doing this, we can ensure that the right resources are allocated to your support request. We also offer Service Level Agreements (SLAs) against each of these ratings and report on our success in meeting these in our scheduled reviews. We follow ITIL practice and guidelines on everything that we do, so you can be happy that we are dealing with your issue in the right way, every time.
Following next is a list of some of the products and technologies that we actively support. We didn't really want to create such a long list, however couldn't really avoid it. If you'd like to discuss your support requirements with us in more detail, please contact us and let us demonstrate our value to you.
